4. Return Process

5. Refunds

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details for a direct bank transfer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund—including return shipping costs—upon verification.
